Introduction

Services Provided
2.1 AMUSE Interior Design offers virtual e-design services, including but not limited to:

Concept boards

Floor plans
-
Furniture and decor recommendations

Styling advice.

2.2 Services are provided remotely and do not include in-person consultations, purchasing, or installation.

Client Responsibilities
3.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your space, preferences, budget, and timeline.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements and photographs of your space.
3.3 You are solely responsible for implementing the design recommendations provided.

Payment & Refunds
4.1 Full payment must be made prior to commencing any design work. Payment methods include PayPal and Credit Cards.
4.2 All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4.3 Any additional revisions or services beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Design Revisions
5.1 Packages include 1-2 revisions depending on purchased . Additional revisions will be charged an additional $100.
5.2 Requests for revisions must be made within 14 days of receiving the design.

Intellectual Property
6.1 All design concepts, mood boards, and materials provided by AMUSE Interior Design are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of AMUSE Interior Design.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials provided by AMUSE Interior Design.

Limitations of Liability
7.1 AMUSE Interior Design is not responsible for:

Product availability, quality, or delivery.

Errors in measurements provided by the client.

Any damages, delays, or issues arising from third-party vendors or contractors.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Termination
9.1 AMUSE Interior Design reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for services already provided.

10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
